Eqaim conducted requirements analysis and documentation, produced UI/UX designs in Figma for web and mobile, and executed front-end and back-end development to build a responsive, scalable web portal. They set up engineering processes including branching strategy, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps, implemented agile project management with bi-weekly sprints and Jira, and performed comprehensive testing (unit, integration, system, acceptance). The vendor launched an MVP with user registration, a landing page, a "Become a Coach" page and a booking system, then provided post-launch maintenance, iterative feature development (profiles, reservation system, feedback/ratings, notifications), integrations (Amplitude, Podium) and training/support for the in-house team.
