Project Solution

Empat performed discovery and idea validation, conducted potential-customer interviews, produced designs and prototypes, and developed a Progressive Web App (Hey!Joy) that surfaces Instagram/TikTok-style discovery feeds to help parents find gifts for kids. The team used Vue.js, PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Redis, Algolia, Firebase and AWS S3 and managed work with BitBucket, Jira and Confluence. They delivered an MVP and subsequent sprints while communicating via Slack and email.
