Emerline developed reporting dashboards and related functionality for a diversity & inclusion SaaS product, building backend and frontend components and advising on testing and automation. The team used Python, Serverless, MongoDB and JavaScript visualization libraries to deliver an automated-report area that received excellent internal and customer feedback. The engagement is ongoing and run with Scrum and standard collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Discord).

Project Solution

Emerline contributed to three main areas: statistics, questionnaire behaviour, and testing. They developed informative dashboards with visual graphics and widgets, implemented backend services using Python, the Serverless framework, gRPC/protobuf and MongoDB, and built front-end visualizations using TypeScript, Redux patterns and D3/nivo libraries. The team also provided guidance on testing strategy and automation to improve the client’s QA practices and integrated with the client’s Scrum process and collaboration tools.

Project Outcome

Delivered the new automated-report area in-app with excellent internal and customer feedback.
The feature was launched successfully and is functioning as a key product area.
