Project Solution

EBS conducted discovery workshops and produced detailed business and feature requirement documents, then delivered biweekly iterations of Flutter mobile apps and an admin dashboard. They built a microservices architecture using Python/Django, React.js with Ant Design for web UIs, Flutter for mobile, PostgreSQL and MongoDB for persistence, and implemented CI/CD with GitLab, Kubernetes management, Ansible automation, Nginx and monitoring with Monit. The vendor also provided project management and documentation throughout delivery.
