Eagerworks was hired by a nonprofit (hs.credit) to redesign the UX/UI and deliver the frontend for a college-readiness assessment platform. Project Solution

Eagerworks provided phased UX/UI design and frontend development services. The design phase began Dec. 26, 2024 and was scoped for 5–6 weeks, followed by frontend development starting in the 4th–5th week and running about 1.5–2 months to target a mid-March 2025 completion. The team included two full-time frontend developers and an Engineering Manager contributing daily oversight; backend work was provided by a Python specialist partner managed by Eagerworks. Eagerworks centralized communication with the backend partner, handled basic backend tasks internally, and escalated complex backend work when necessary.
