Deliverables included a B2B marketplace with search, messaging and dashboards to connect suppliers and buyers; a B2C marketplace to connect businesses and consumers; and a web application to market and manage an Alexa voice skill, integrating with Amazon AWS for subscriptions and account management. The team worked in Agile/Kanban workflows and supported both implementation and ongoing updates.
