Project Solution

Divelement took ownership of the website redevelopment after receiving UI designs, building the new site using Gatsby (and Sanity) and migrating necessary functionality from the old site to meet a tight launch deadline. The team used an initial waterfall phase for base UI work and then Kanban (Trello) for follow-up tasks; communication was handled primarily via Slack and Zoom. The project was staffed mostly by three engineers with Eddie as manager, Eduardo as engineering lead, and Moises.
