Project Solution

Diceus delivered an MVP BI report/dashboard to prove the data warehouse team function, then executed iterative sprints to release datawarehouse updates every two weeks. They formed the delivery team quickly (around two weeks) and staffed it with a project manager, project coordinator, business/technical analyst, Oracle developers, BI reports/dashboard developer, and a DevOps (CI) engineer. The work included building data marts and data models (including a risk review model) and delivering dashboards for executive decision-makers.
