Project Solution

Deviniti was selected after a vendor search and engaged via iterative Scrum. They conducted initial meetings and defined a development timeframe, then executed iterative development with daily status meetings. Deviniti implemented the mobile app and backend components using Flutter (Dart) for the mobile app and Spring/Java (SDK 15), Hibernate, AWS, Elasticsearch and Kibana on the server side; they also used Ribbon and Firebase Authentication. The team delivered designs developed with the client's UI/UX designer and provided a dedicated project manager to coordinate work.
