delaPlex developed the full mobile application for Android and iOS, built two web-based management consoles and a web view, and manages the client's entire technology platform including a comprehensive AWS setup. The app supports SMS-based valet requests, damage recording, and required integrations with airport and hospital systems. The vendor also provided onboarding and continues to manage and scale the platform.
