Codup built a completely new WordPress website from scratch to replace the client’s former Salesforce-based site. They developed backend functionality and administrative tools, implemented data integrations to pass information from WordPress to the client’s CRM, and integrated the site with the client’s video hosting platform. To meet compliance requirements, Codup implemented login and authentication flows and admin-side controls for enabling users. The vendor used a WordPress theme for design (client provided content and images), planned a 30-day QA trial, and will provide ad hoc ongoing support.
