WooCommerce Booking & Membership Integration for Athletic Training Facility

Codup.co reviewed the three WooCommerce plugins (memberships, subscriptions, and bookings) and wrote custom code to integrate them so users could select classes, choose monthly session quantities, have subscriptions renew automatically, and have class attendance tracked against membership limits. They implemented logic to revert users to normal pricing once session limits were reached and built a checkout bypass for classes covered by membership so members could book without completing a full checkout. The team delivered work via a staging site with weekly demos, maintained daily communication, and included a five-person team led by a project manager.
