Codewave designed a multi-tenant architecture and monetization model, selected the technology stack, and developed the baseline SaaS product including an admin portal and native iOS and Android apps (later migrating to React Native). They built the website using Laravel with MongoDB, implemented phase 2 upgrades including migration to MongoDB Atlas for scalability, delivered an MVP, and launched testing and iterative improvements. They also implemented a customer data quality monitoring job to detect issues and enable preventive cleansing.
