Orders are forwarded to the kitchen for preparation and to a delivery manager for fulfillment. The system was implemented on a PHP framework and integrated with SMS providers and a payment gateway. A dedicated project manager and around two developers were assigned to the engagement, and the team used milestones, Slack channels and weekly meetings for communication.
