Project Summary

BOOT!Q (formerly Blueberry) delivered an end-to-end digital customer onboarding and service platform for a financial-services client, implementing customer data collection, identity verification, bureau cross-referencing, real-time offers, digital signatures, and funds disbursal. The platform reduced manual handoffs and call-center interactions and produced a large increase in loan generation and baseline conversion rates.

Project Solution

The team implemented customer data collection and verification, bureau cross-referencing, integration with backend decision systems, real-time offers and contracts, digital signatures, and funds disbursal functionality. They delivered the first implementation that the client later took over and supported the project with one-week sprints tracked in Jira.
