Project Solution

In June 2018 they redeveloped the shop on a newer PrestaShop version over 3–4 months, and since then they have continued with iterative improvements (for example, adding Canadian dollar support and deploying it to the live environment). Project management and task tracking were performed via Redmine/Jira and later YouTrack, and the team remained available for urgent fixes outside normal hours.
