Project Solution

Bejamas acted as an augmentation to the in-house team to migrate content from Drupal to Contentful and to refine frontend code and design system elements. They implemented performance optimizations so the homepage app now passes Core Web Vitals, modified Contentful models and the codebase to support hundreds of migrated pages, refined global packages, added the React Context API to a custom cookie banner, and built a custom React widget for partner sites. Staging and production were deployed on Vercel and documentation was published on a GitHub Pages site. Communication and delivery followed Scrum using GitHub, Slack/MS Teams and JIRA.
