Project Solution

AResourcePool developed a large international Magento e-commerce platform, designed and built multiple websites (including page design), and created marketplace apps. They staffed the engagement with multiple teams (about six for the webshop, three for app development, two for website projects) and provided project management and communication via a head manager using Skype, Asana and WhatsApp. They completed two applications between December 2018 and April 2019 and continued to take on additional related projects.
