Project Solution

Arcanys took over maintenance from the original Bangalore team, studied the front- and backend in-depth, and provided recommendations to improve UI and backend performance. They maintained the application, implemented customer-requested enhancements, and began development of a second version in August 2018 that reuses the existing SQL/.NET backend while focusing on cosmetic and UI improvements. The client worked directly with a project manager and the lead developer during the engagement.
