The scope included modules for purchase & inventory, production, accounts, quality, lab, sales, plant and asset management, BI-MIS reporting, system integration and data migration, with customization to meet business requirements and regulatory needs (21 CFR part 11). They followed Agile methodology and a seven-step execution approach, and provided ongoing updates and support.
