Appinventiv implemented a multi-phase mobile solution for technicians on Android and iOS, delivering phase one which enables field technicians to access and complete a customized order form for roughly 14 products. They integrated a content management repository to house artifacts used by the app and websites, combined Apple and Google metrics into a single Firebase console for marketing, and established project management and communication workflows (including Basecamp). Subsequent phases planned include expanding the product catalog, PDF order forms, automation to reduce lengthy forms, SSO and provider logins, shopping carts, voice search, and VR exploration.
