Project Solution

They implemented GitHub-based workflows and waffle.io, migrated the application and database to Heroku/Postgres, configured Heroku pipelines and PR-based UAT, and set up CI/CD and automated deployments. Additionally, they implemented a Bootstrap UI/UX theme and refactored views, and provided ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
