Project Solution

Ailleron delivered the project in a time-and-materials model, migrating legacy system functionality into a new, custom-developed banking solution. The vendor used Agile practices with multiple Scrum teams (inspired by the Spotify model) to iteratively build the system. The implementation included front- and back-end technologies (Angular, Node.js, Java, .NET, TypeScript), container/orchestration and CI/CD tooling (OKD/OpenShift, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, Gerrit), and databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
